Appointment requests
When you request an appointment, the details you enter (name, phone, optional email, vehicle information, and your service concern) are sent to our shop scheduling system, ServiceIntel, so we can confirm and prepare for your visit. Text-message consent choices on the form are recorded with your request.
Meta (Facebook) advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work. Meta may receive only:
- a page-view event when you view a page on this site, and
- a "Schedule" event when an appointment request is successfully submitted.
Meta also receives standard technical information its script collects, such as your browser, IP address, and Meta cookies. We do not send Meta your name, phone, email, vehicle, service, or appointment date/time.
Visitors in the European Union/EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are not tracked unless they accept advertising cookies. Anyone may decline or withdraw at any time; your choice is saved in your browser with the date and notice version shown.
